The PADI Enriched Air Diver course teaches you to dive with enriched air, also called nitrox or EANx. This is the dry course: theory only, with no training dives, run by NexGen Divers in Hurghada.
Who it suits
Certified divers who make several dives a day, for example on boat trips, and want longer dives and shorter surface intervals. Enriched air has less nitrogen than air, which is what makes this possible. It is PADI's most popular specialty.
What is included
- Enriched air (nitrox) theory, dry course with no dives
Once certified you can rent nitrox tanks for your dives, such as the S80 nitrox tank 32%.
