Shipping and Collection Policy

NexGen Divers, the Red Sea Division of Extreme Watersports, delivers its services in person in Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt. We do not ship products to customers, locally or internationally.

Courses, dive trips and liveaboards
Our courses, dive trips and liveaboard charters are delivered on site. Nothing is shipped. After you submit a booking request, our team confirms the date and sends you the payment details and the pre-arrival documents.

Equipment rental
Rental equipment is handed over at the dive center on the day of your activity and returned there. We do not deliver rental equipment to hotels or other addresses.

Merchandise
NexGen merchandise is available for collection at the dive center only. We do not offer delivery or international shipping. After your order is confirmed and payment is received by bank transfer, our team will tell you when your items are ready and how to collect them. Please bring your order confirmation when you collect.

Online course materials
Where a course includes e-learning, the access link is sent to you digitally by email. No physical materials are shipped.

Prices and taxes
All prices are quoted excluding VAT. VAT of 5% is added at the time of booking confirmation.
